The Zurich Carbon Market Association is happy to invite you to its traditional event to discuss the outcomes of the 29th UNCCC COP in Baku, especially regarding Article 6, climate finance and digitalization.
Negotiators and observers will present their first-hand impressions and their analysis on progress made:

- Axel Michaelowa (Perspectives): „A new era of climate finance and carbon markets? Key COP29 outcomes“
- Lambert Schneider (Öko-Institut): “Unpacking the Article 6.2 decisions on authorisation, first transfer and the agreed electronic format: what are the implications for market participants?”
- Perumal Arumugam (UNFCCC): “Unpacking the Article 6.4 decisions.”
- Gabriela Blatter (FOEN): "Decoding the New Collective Quantified Goal (NCQG) for Climate Finance: Implications, Rationale, and Path Forward"
- Marion Verles (SustainCert): "Digital Transformation of Carbon Markets"
Panel discussion moderated by INFRAS.
The event will be followed by a networking apéro.
